Fit and healthy

Our leaflet distributors get paid to keep fit. They move faster than walking distributors, so can be twice as productive. We can afford to pay a higher hourly wage quite simply because they distribute more leaflets per hour.

Full time non distributing supervisors

Our supervisors are not freelancers contracted to get their own workers in to do the job, they work directly for us for an hourly wage and we provide the team members, as a result they have absolutely nothing to gain from cutting corners. Instead of having their own interests at heart they have the company’s and our clients’. Their only job is to spend the entire distribution day driving between the joggers knocking on doors making sure the right number of leaflets go through each door, making sure every road gets ticked off the list, making sure the guys keep up the pace and work until the end of the day. No other company has systems like ours and this is what gets us and you the results.

Completely transparent

When we started the company we had a goal to become the number one leaflet distribution company in The UK. We aim to get our clients the best possible results for the lowest cost. When researching the industry we found that no-one could give us straight answers to simple questions we had. We decided our systems would have to be such that we could give anyone any answer to any question they had, and we can. Please ask us: -

• How long does it take your joggers to distribute their leaflets?
• Do you ensure that you pay them at least minimum wage?
• How much do you pay them?
• How exactly do your supervisor systems work?
• Do your supervisors distribute leaflets? If so how do they have time to perform adequate back checks?
• How much do you pay them?
• How much profit do you take?

It is really important to ask as many questions as you can to any leaflet distribution company you speak to. There isn’t a single question we can’t answer, and we pride ourselves on being the only completely transparent leaflet distribution company.

Higher wages

We aim to pay our leaflet distributors the highest wages in the industry. They like their job, respect their job, are paid well to do a good job, and do.  Unfortunately, it is very common for a leaflet delivery person to get paid £25 to distribute 1000 leaflets. It takes 7 – 10 hours for someone walking to distribute 1000 leaflets, so these people are often expected to work for as little as £2.50 an hour. Very often completely unsupervised and at that rate the job just doesn’t get done properly. Our tests show that paying our staff higher wages has resulted in improved productivity and has increased our clients responses.

Fluent English speakers

Paying high wages in this industry means we have more requirements for our staff than normal. We make sure all our distributors speak fluent English. There are a few reasons for this; the first is that our guys come into contact with members of the public all day. We instruct our distributors to actively promote your brand by learning a tag line of your choice. We also spend a lot of time training our staff how to get into hard to access blocks of flats. Speaking English gives them a massive advantage over other distributors in the industry.

Ride along service

Being completely transparent allows us to provide a service that no other companies do. We invite all our new clients to meet the distribution team, ride along with our supervisor, see our systems and understand how we work. There are a lot of trust issues around the leaflet distribution industry and with good reason. We know once people ride along on our distributions they will never want to use another company again. This is one of the many reasons why we’ve retained almost every single customer we’ve ever taken on, and are now preferred suppliers of The NHS, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Virgin Active, Transport for London, and many other companies you will know.

Geoplan

We use one of the most comprehensive softwares available in our industry. The Geoplan software gives us a complete demographic breakdown of each area. We can see how many flats, blocks, houses, detached, semi-detached, terraced, owned outright, with a mortgage, housing trust, council owned etc… there are on each individual street. We use this software to strategically plan all our campaigns. We invite all our customers to come to the office and take the driving seat when preparing their campaigns. The software also allows us to prepare full reports after each distribution giving our clients a complete list of the streets that were covered.
